Send us the property, estimated value, existing debt, capital need, use of funds and basic business information.
Once aligned, we move to definitive agreements and the documentation needed to execute the transaction.
2. Preliminary Fit
We determine whether the opportunity appears appropriate for Leaseback Lending™, OptionBridge™ or another path.

5. Underwriting and Docs
SLB Capital Group coordinates appropriate financial, property, valuation, title, legal and other diligence.
3. Structure Alignment
We work with the owner and their advisors to align on the proposed structure and economics. Then we provide an LOI to mutually execute.
Final transaction documents are completed, closing conditions are satisfied and funding occurs.
